A dedicated kitchen from the beginning.

To establish our dedicated gluten-free kitchen, we refurbished the entire premises and bought new utensils, furniture and equipment. This was part of preparing a space previously occupied by another restaurant. Guests with celiac disease or other dietary requirements should speak with our team before ordering about ingredients and individual needs.

Our cheese suppliers provide reports showing absence of lactose. Lactose-free does not mean dairy-free: guests with milk-protein allergies should speak with our team before ordering. Ravioli Tartufato is vegan and uses nut-based ingredients; please also tell us about nut allergies.
